Non-Smoking home - however, smoking is permitted outside on the veranda as long as it is not offensive to others on the veranda at that time.
Pets are not allowed - but just so you know, we have a 31/2 year old shitz-poo. His name is Casey. Casey stays pretty much on our third floor or outside in the back. He tries very hard not to bother our guests.
